What is what is.cue?

A .cue file is a small text file containing metadata information about a CD or DVD and is usually accompanied by a .bin or .iso file that serves as the disc image. The cue file contains information about the order of tracks, their track length, their position within the image, and other details. It is commonly used by media players and burning software to properly identify and organize the tracks on the disc image. It can also be used to split the image into separate files or to create a custom track order for burning onto a new disc.
